Broil: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Sauté: Fill skillet with 1/2" of oil. Heat to 350°. Gently place 3 crab cakes in the skillet. After browning, gently turn them and continue to cook until evenly browned on all sides.
